I hope you enjoy reading my blog. These are just every day tales of birding and related Orkney stuff. With a bit of luck I hope to give a bit of a glimpse into life in the northern isles, I am not what you might call an expert birder. I am quite keen though and am lucky enough to live in a great place that is stuffed full of outstanding history and brimming with natural history.
